EF Johnson Viking Mobile Transmitter Covers 10 to 75 Meters in Very Good Condition

This RARE EF Johnson Viking Mobile Transmitter is in Very Good Condition. It will Cover 10 through 75 meters including 11 Meters.

 The front and rear panel are in good shape with a small area that has been touched up on the front left lower edge.

 The cabinet can use some paint as it has pitina from use over the years.

 Everything inside looks great and complete.

 I will also include the TX/RX change over relay box and cables that came with it.

Also included is a professional copy of the manual.

The Viking Mobile is crystal controlled, and was sold as a an under-dash mobile transmitter in the 1950s.

It uses seven vacuum tubes with an 807 final amplifier, modulated by a pair of push-pull 807s. It uses an external dynamotor power supply,

It needs a power supply that will supply 400V and 800V DC for the transmitter. 

 This Transmitter is untested. There are videos on you tube outlining this transmitter and information on getting it on the air!

 I am selling it as is, as described for the family of a silent key who was my friend.
