Returns Policy

  I generally have a satisfaction guarantee in terms of your item received as described. If you have any problems or questions, please contact me.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs for items shipped from the USA (lower 48 States)  if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Since many items I sell are heavy vintage gear, returns are handled on a case by case bassis. For smaller items I will accept returns if you ordered it in error, and will refund the purchase price of the item, less return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


International Shipping:

Nationwide Radio will no longer ship to Countries in the EU as they require a VAT License and for me to collect tax for them. 
  We can ship to countries Not in the EU. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  (we will not ship to Argentina)

  When you place an order, the order form and invoice will show the shipping charge for shipping within the USA. If you have a shipping address outside the USA, I will calculate the shipping cost for sending your item(s) the best way, and let you know what the cost is above the domestic shipping cost, and inform you what the cost is for shipping to your address.

Most items will be shipped First Class Airmail for smaller items, and either USPS priority mail or Fed ex deferred for larger items. In most cases I will show you what the cost is for each service so you can decide.

  I will then send you a separate invoice for the additional shipping costs to ship to your address. This will cover the shipping cost only, and not any VAT or customs fees you may have to pay in your country. 

Since most customs offices will require an invoice for the shipment before they will clear theitem through customs and deliver it, I will include the invoice on the outside of the package in a security envelope.  The only way I will ship an item without this invoice is if payment is done via a Bank Wire (swift) payment. I can then insure and ship with the value you request and the loss or damage will be at the risk of the buyer. 

Shipping in the USA:

 Depending on the weight and size of your item(s) they will be sent either first class mail (with tracking) for items weiging under 1 pound, For larger items, I will use either USPS priority mail or Fed Ex ground shipping depending on size, weight, and costs.
