This Hammarlund RARE PRO-310 General Coverage Receiver, Covers 550 MHz to 35.52 MHz in Excellent Cosmetic Condition.

 This receiver has been stored unused for at least 20 years as I know the original owner who has recently became a silent Key.

 The receiver looks great. The fromt panel is super clean and the cabinet has only a few marks and paint chips which have been touched up.

 The radio powers up fine with no obvious problems however there is no audio from the speaker terminals or phone jack. I suspect it will need some tubes replaced, and since it has all the original electrolytic capacitors, they should be replaced.

 Everything seems to be in original condition with nothing butchered or changed. The only other thing I found was the spring that tensions the pre selector dial cord is loose from where it mounts on the chassis. I think there was a 90 degree angle on the end that pokes through the mounting hole and has broken off so that spring will need to be replaced or fixed.

 The Dial cords appear to be good and I see nothing else broken.

 This is an extremely rare receiver built from 1955 to 1957 and not many made it to the Amateur Radio market.

 I am selling this receiver as is, as described for the family of a silent key who was my friend.

 I prefer a pick up for this item but I will ship at the risk of the buyer for anything insurance does not cover.
