Description

This Rare Transverter, is serial number 10445 and it is in Very Good condition with the original paint and finish, and no scratches or marks.

I do not have the Collins original High Voltage Cable. It appears to be easy to make up using common octal plugs and a BNC cable.

Inside this one is super clean and has a Dow Key relay upgrade from the original open frame relay.

The sticker on the rear panel indicates it was serviced by Land Air Communications.

I have powered it up and all appears okay. The fan runs smooth and quiet, but have not used it myself.

I am selling this item as is as described, for parts or repair or to use as is.

The Collins 62S-1 is a VHF converter, adding both 6 meter and 2 meter operation to your KWM-2 or KWM-1.

Input power is 160 watts and power output is 65 watts PEP into a 50 ohm load.

14.75 x 7.75 x 13 inches. 25 lbs. This device will also work with Collins S/Line units. The rear panel has an N connect
