This Collins  S-Line Project Cabinet with Trim Ring, Feet, Risers. & SS Hardware, is a BRAND NEW cabinet built in the USA.

 This Project Cabinet can house, and has the mounting holes for a 516F-2 power supply and any other station items you may want to install as the back is open.

The front panel matches the perforated panel on the 516F-2 power supply cabinets and this one is made to accept a standard S-Line Round Emblem (Not Included) The Backing plate is anodized.

  The paint and finish of the cabinet and trim ring, perfectly matches the Collins S-Line gear and the paint is baked on enamel with the same finish as the original S-Line cabinets.

We had this product made by a USA company in the aero space industry, that manufactures parts for the aircraft industry. A state of the art computerized Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) was used to configure the cabinet so that the construction of this cabinet will look and fit just like the original.

This cabinet is made with Aluminum like the originals, but is made with 6061 T6 aluminum, which is not as soft as the original Collins cabinets which will bend, dent and distort very easy if you are not careful.

This reproduction will not bend as easy as the originals as it is much stronger. The Paint we used on this reproduction, is baked on enamel paint on both the cabinet and the Aluminum trim ring.

It is matched to the original Collins paint formula, with the same finish so it will match your Collins S-Line gear.

The aero space Company that does the paint on this item as well as all painted S-Line items we sell, is one of the companies that paint aluminum aircraft so they know how to properly prepare the surface, and paint Aluminum products!

This cabinet is complete with Trim Ring, Grill, Backing Plate, Aluminum spun risers, and the original Collins feet that were used on the S-Line.

The Backing Plate is just like the original anodized backing plates that Collins used on only the Late serial number Round Emblem and Rockwell Collins S-Line 516F-2 Power Supply cabinets.

The Risers are made with aluminum to factory specifications including the 3 degree Cant on the bottom so your feet will sit flat on the desk. They are powder coat finished satin black and look just like the original riser finish.

 This is a very high quality cabinet!
