RL Drake SW-4 Short Wave Broadcast Receiver in Very Good Condition, Refurbished by WB4HFN S/N 0175

This RL Drake SW-4 Short Wave Broadcast Receiver, is in 

Very Good Condition, and Refurbished by Ron Baker, WB4HFN

The Front Panel, and Cabinet are in Nice condition.

The Cabinet has been refinished and looks great. There is one nick in the metal which you can see under the new paint, when looked at closely.

The Chassis has some discoloration and has been cleaned and coated so it will not corrode.

You can read all the work Ron did to this  receiver on the invoice which is in my pictures.

He essentially goes through the receiver and puts it to factory specifications, and checks all tubes replacing any that does not test at the high end.

It is a perfect match and for many, the last piece of the full Drake 4-Line Collection.

The SW-4 fills in all the gaps that the 4-Line transceivers and receivers do not cover.

It has recently been on the air and it works as it should with great sensitivity.

I am selling this receiver as is, as described, for a client who is a collector and is downsizing.
