Description
This Ten-Tec 252 G, 20 Amp 13.8 VDC Power Supply, is for the 540 Triton II Transceiver (it has a 6 pin Jones Connector Cable) it is in Excellent Condition. It should work with any Triton series or similar transceivers.
This is one of the few Ten-Tec Power supplies that has a detatchable power cord which is included as well as the manual sheets.
It will work with other Triton transceivers that have a standard 4 pin Ten-Tec power connector but you will have to change the radio end connector. I have the connector to do this if you need one.
This power supply is from a Ten-Tec Collector who is selling his Collection due to a planned move.
As with most of his gear, much of it has very few working hours of use.
I have tested this power supply with a Transceiver and it works fine with no problems.
I am selling it as is as described, due to the age and weight, I will not accept returns.
Description
The Model 252G Power Supply will deliver up to 18 amperes at approximately 13 VDC, regulated, from a 117 VAC 50-60 Hz source. An electronic latching circuit breaker shuts down the output voltage when a current in excess of 20 amperes is drawn from the supply. Reset is accomplished by cycling the POWER switch. Two indicator lamps monitor the LINE and OUTPUT voltages. The primary circuit is fused with a slo-blo fuse. The output voltage is available through a six pin Jones connector and a phono type jack for low current applications. Two of the six Jones pins are used for remote power on-off switching, if desired. Will accept the Model 207 ammeter.
