Collins 30S-1, Brand New Lock & Key Assembly Late Style Shinny Brass

This Collins 30S-1, Brand New Lock & Key Assembly, is the Late Style Shinny Brass unit found on Late Round Emblem and Rockwell Collins 30S-1 amplifiers.

It will also work on earlier models which use a flush mount lock. The only difference is the barrel of the lock with protrude out from the door panel, like the late 30S-1 amplifiers.  I would guess about 3/4 of an inch.

These later style units Collins used, are much better built that the early flush lock sets and they also look much nicer as the flat area where the key goes in is textured.

The lock set comes with two keys.

NOTE: I also have some of the same lock sets with a satin Nickel finish, and the same textured face that accepts the key, if you do not want the shinny brass finish.

I do not believe these lock sets are available as this part has been discontinued long ago.
