The RCA 6146B is a beam power tetrode vacuum tube, commonly used in vintage ham radio transmitters, audio amplifiers, and RF applications. Introduced by RCA in 1964, it's an upgraded version of the 6146/6146A with higher power handling (up to 120W input for CW/SSB vs. 90W on earlier models) and improved durability. "100% grid emission" refers to a perfect score on a vintage tube tester
