They have flat sides as shown and put out about 800mA short circuit current and 0.5V open circuit voltage. Connect in series to add voltage or parallel to increase current. I have a limited quantity of this powerful solar cell. Great for collecting free power from the sun. I have several of these units available! They may have some light marks from the packaging but they are unused and in excellent condition.
