The Heil HS-2 is an ergonomic pistol-grip Push-To-Talk (PTT) hand switch designed for ham radio operators. It fits naturally in your hand like a pistol trigger, allowing comfortable, fatigue-free operation during long QSOs, nets, or contesting. It features a very light-touch trigger with a reliable 15-amp microswitch and includes a 6-foot cable that terminates in a 1/4″ mono phone plug. This plug connects directly into Heil AD-1 or CC-1 adapter cables, which then interface with your transceiver's mic and PTT jacks. It works with most Heil microphones, headsets, and boom mics (except the Traveler series).
