Description

Collins 75A-4, 75A-2, 75A-3, and 51J-series receivers, KWS-1 transmitter Non-Spinner Main Tuning Knob & Shaft bracket NEW

This Original non Spinner skirted knob is new. It comes with the shaft bracket / Bushing so if you need to remove a 4:1 spinner knob and drive unit, you will have the needed bracket.

New Original Collins Non-Spinner Main Tuning Knob – Complete with Bracket & Shaft Bushing Authentic new original Collins main tuning knob (the standard direct-drive / non-spinner version) for the Collins 75A-4, 75A-2, 75A-3, and 51J-series receivers, plus the KWS-1 transmitter. This is not the optional 4:1 vernier spinner knob. It is the large original skirted phenolic (Dakaware-style) main tuning knob used on early and non-upgraded sets. Includes:
  • Brand-new original Collins tuning knob
  • Bracket
  • Shaft bushing
This  set is exactly what is required if you want to remove a 4:1 gear-reduction drive and spinner knob and restore the radio to the original direct-drive configuration. Perfect for authentic restorations, replacing a damaged original knob, or converting a later 4:1-equipped unit back to factory-early appearance and feel.
