This beautiful custom made speaker is perfect for a Ham Radio Station. It is small and sounds great. The cabinet looks like it is made out of walnut.
Speaker Information & SpecsThe Realistic 40-12410 is a vintage 5-inch full-range speaker driver (Radio Shack house brand), made in Thailand with 12A1 batch marking. It belongs to the popular 40-124x series of affordable drivers from the 1970s–1980s, commonly used in extension speakers, car audio, and small hi-fi systems.Typical Specs (based on closely related models like 40-1240 / 40-1240D):
- Size: 5-inch (12.7 cm) full-range or dual-cone design.
- Impedance: 8 ohms.
- Power Handling: 5–10 watts RMS (max ~15–20 watts peak)
