 I tested this VFO with a Heathkit DX-60A, and it worked great with no obvious problems.

 This unit can be used with other Heathkit gear and non Heathkit gear.

Heathkit HG-10B VFO Information & SpecsThe Heathkit HG-10B is a classic amateur radio Variable Frequency Oscillator (VFO) from the late 1960s, designed as a companion to the DX-60 series transmitters (and others like the HW-16). It provides stable, crystal-replacement frequency control for CW and AM operation across multiple bands. The "B" version features updated styling (textured paint) to better match the DX-60B.
