This Listing is for one (1) Leviton ORIGINAL Short Style End Cap for Lumiline Lamp With 376 Lampholder.They are found in Vintage AM/FM Transmitters, display cabinets, jukebox, or other vintage fixtures including old bathroom light fixtures.The Lumiline end caps were discontinued long ago and they've been generally unavailable for years till Now! I have a very limited supply of these end caps so do not hesitate to order them. It is always nice to have a spare end cap in case you need one! The last picture shows the endcap mounted in the 376 receiver. The receiver is not incuded with the short cap. I also have the deep #476 end caps as well as the 376 receivers for the endcaps in another listing.
