The Drake DC-4 is a classic mobile DC-to-DC power converter designed for the Drake TR-4 / TR-4C / TR-4CW and similar 4-line series transceivers. It converts 12V DC vehicle power into the high voltages required by tube-type Drake rigs for mobile or portable operation. It was a popular accessory in the 1970s for mobile ham radio setups.
