Viewstar PT-1000LP 2000 Watt Heavy Duty HF Low Pass Filter for TV Interference

  It is used and in excellent condition.

 The Viewstar LP filter looks to be very much like the Vectronics LP filter as both are made in Canada

The Viewstar iT-1000LP  is a heavy-duty HF low-pass filter, often compared to the Drake TV-3300-LP for its ability to suppress harmonics and prevent TV interference (TVI) in high-power setups.
  • Power Handling: 2000 watts key-down (continuous)
  • Passband: 0–30 MHz
  • Cutoff: ~30–35 MHz
  • Design: 9-pole inverse Chebyshev
  • Insertion Loss: 0.25 dB maximum at 30 MHz (very low)
  • VSWR: < 1.3:1 in the passband
  • Attenuation: Excellent harmonic suppression — typically 60–70 dB at TV band frequencies (e.g., -70 dB at 42–55 MHz video IF and Channel 2)
  • Impedance: 52 ohms
  • Connectors: SO-239 (UHF female) on both input and output
  • Dimensions: Approximately 8.75" × 3" × 2.75"
  • Usage: Place after the transmitter/amplifier and before the antenna or tuner for best TVI reduction. Low loss ensures minimal impact on your transmitted signal.
