RL Drake RV-3 Remote VFO, Speaker, Power Supply Housing in Excellent Condition, Restored By Ron Baker WB4HFN S/N 8696

 This Unit was fully serviced to Factory Specifications by Ron Baker, WB4HFN who is a renowned expert with servicing RL Drake Gear.

The invoice and list of work is included in the pictures and with this RV-4.

 The cost of the restoration is on the invoice pictured which outlines all the work that was done.

The front panel is super clean with no bad marks or scratches.

The cabinet has been refinished by Ron and look new with the original texture and finish.

 There is a spot near the front edge that if you look very close, you can see a small run under the paint finish but it is very difficult to see.

Inside the VFO is really nice, with no signs of any modifications or trouble.

 This is one of the most sought after Drake accessories and you will be hard pressed to find a nicer one.

I am selling this Item as is, as described for a client who has been collecting RL Drake Gear for decades.

This beautiful RL Drake RV-3 (Serial Number 8696) has been fully serviced and restored to factory specifications by the renowned Drake expert Ron Baker, WB4HFN. It is in excellent cosmetic and operational condition. Designed as a remote Variable Frequency Oscillator for the classic Drake TR-3 and TR-4 series transceivers, it provides full split-frequency capability while housing the power supply and including a built-in speaker. The front panel is super clean, and the unit performs exactly as it did from the factory. A premium example of 1960s Drake engineering – ideal for completing an authentic vintage Drake station or for serious collectors. Professionally restored and ready to go
