This RL Drake RV-3 Remote VFO / Speaker / P/S Housing,  is in Excellent Condition.   S/N 9587

 The front panel is super clean with no bad marks or scratches.

The cabinet has some small marks from normal use.

Inside the VFO is really nice, with no signs of any modifications or trouble.

 I tested this VFO on the air and it appears to be working as it should.

It enables split-frequency operation, includes a built-in speaker, and serves as the power supply housing. Tube-based design (6AU6 + 12AU7) with smooth analog tuning – perfect for authentic vintage Drake station setups. Front panel is super clean with no major marks; cabinet shows only light normal use. The RL Drake RV-3 is a remote Variable Frequency Oscillator (VFO) unit designed primarily for the Drake TR-3 (and compatible with TR-4 series) HF transceiver. It was introduced around 1964.
