Description

Cetron JAN 811A Vacuum Tube, NOS, Date Code 8235, Tested Full RF Output, USA Made Military Spec

I tested this tube in an Ameritron 811 Amplifier and it is full emission.

This is the only Cetron 811A I have and there are several other brands in my listings.

Cetron JAN 811A is a US-made military-spec (JAN = Joint Army-Navy) high-mu power triode vacuum tube, built to original RCA specifications. Cetron (associated with Electronic Enterprises / Richardson Electronics) produced these as direct equivalents to the classic RCA 811A. They are highly regarded for RF linear amplifiers (e.g., Ameritron AL-811 series, Collins 30L-1), modulators, and audio applications.
