Description
Heathkit DX-60A Amateur Radio Transmitter in Excellent Cosmetic and Working Condition
This beautiful transmitter was purchased about 30 years ago and was part of a large collection that was displayed in a clean dry environment and not used for all this time.
I checked it on my bench and it has good output and appears to be working as it should with no obvious problems.
The calibrator also worked well.
There are two 40 meter crystals and one 10 meter crystal included.
As with most vintage gear, it may be improved with new tubes and it would be prudent to replace the electrolytic capacitors, but it appears to be working as it should.
I am selling it as is, as described.
I have been packing and shipping heavy vintage gear for over 30 years and this item with be packed better than any paid packing service.
If the shipping cost turns out to be lower than my quote, I will refund the difference.
