RCA JAN (Joint Army Navy) Pair of 811A Vacuum Tubes Military spec . NOS Full Output

 I tested this pair in an Ameritron 811 Amplifier and they are full emission. In Fact they tested more output than most of all the 811A tubes I tested.

  The date codes indicate they are 1965 vintage tubes which are known as among the best made.

 The original boxes were in very poor condition however the tubes are in perfect shape.

RCA JAN 811A vacuum tubes are military-spec (Joint Army-Navy) versions of the high-mu power triode, produced to stricter standards for reliability in demanding applications. These are prized by ham radio operators, restorers, and collectors for superior construction compared to many modern imports.
